Gentle, relaxing and mindful movements to enhance our health and sense of well being.

Improves posture, co-ordination, balance, suppleness and energy levels. Reduces tension and anxiety.

 

Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced Chee-gung) are traditional Chinese martial and/or healing skills. These ancient arts have been proven time and time again to heal, strengthen and relax the body and mind.

Taichi was recently advocated by Dr Michael Mosley as "Just One Thing" you can do to improve your health.
