Tai Chi and Qigong (pronounced Chee-gung) are traditional Chinese martial and/or healing skills. These ancient arts have been proven time and time again to heal, strengthen and relax the body and mind.

Taichi has recently been advocated by Dr Michael Mosley as something you can do to improve your health.
